I teach a simple form of Mindfulness Meditation that will quickly give you all the benefits (many clinically proven) that Meditation brings. I also use Guided Visualisation to add to these benefits.
Meditation is recommended by doctors and other health professionals.
The Relaxation Response lowers respiration, heart rate and blood pressure, and prompts beneficial changes in the brain.
